General Queries

Meaning of the order statuses

Status
Meaning of the status

Transferring

User's token (eg. Token U) is being transferred from user's wallet to the DEX protocol to be swapped into token (eg. Token Y)

Exchanging

Token is being swapped

Confirming

The swap transaction is awaiting the blockchain confirmation of token Y - the blockchain of the receiving wallet

Complete

The receiving wallet has successfully received token Y and it should be visible on the wallet now

I want to view the details of the transaction that is completed

Under the 'Transaction Records' section, you will be able to view the following information:

Transaction record
Format
Description

Order Created Time

Date and time

The time that is taken for the complete swap activity to be processed

Order ID

Alphanumeric, with a facility of click to copy the Order ID

Transaction ID generated by the platform. This is the ID that has to be referred with, for customer support

Estimated Fee

Platform fee+

Blockchain Gas Fee

The fee taken by the DEX platform in percentage, and the fee taken by the receiving wallet's blockchain in tokens

Transfer Out Hash

Hash

Hash generated during swap operation from user's wallet as a withdrawal to DEX protocol.

Transfer In Hash

Hash

Hash generated during swap operation from DEX protocol to the user's wallet as a deposit, which marks the completion of the transaction

I can't see the crypto in my wallet after the exchange order/swap

  1. No tokens available in the user's wallet to pay as gas fees - These gas fees are coins which are native to the blockchain. In cross-chain transaction, gas fees are only processed in tokens of the blockchain from which the tokens are being transferred. Gas fees are not required for the blockchain into which the tokens are being transferred into.

  2. The transaction is not complete - Check the status of the transaction from the 'Recent Transactions' section

  3. Token not supported by the wallet - The token would have to be manually added in the wallet to view the balance.

  4. Tokens have been sent to the wrong address

  5. The wrong wallet is being checked after a cross-chain transaction - Cross-check the blockchain to which the tokens were transferred to from the transaction history on the exchange and the defi wallet connected, and then check the tokens being present on the wallet address hosted on that blockchain.

Spot Trading

When will my DEX Spot trading order be closed?

The order will be closed in the following cases:

  • The order has been executed completely

  • The order has reached its expiration date

  • The order has been manually cancelled by the user

  • The wallet balance does not have sufficient funds at the time of the order being completed

Crosschain

What is the time taken for the cross-chain transactions to complete?

Transactions between blockchain (the confirmation time) depends the most on the blockchain's transaction processing time - which would include multiple node confirmation, congestion on the mempool, the eventual block time; mainly all the functional time that is taken by a blockchain to register the transaction.

The DEX software by itself, being a lightweight application to the users and of a decentralized nature, has negligible processing time. Between most blockchains apart from Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum which have faster processing time, transactions are usually completed within 3 minutes.
